Orders from this OXO store move to preparation after payment has been successfully authorized.

Handling and carrier time

Normal handling takes about 1–2 business days. Once a parcel leaves our facility, estimated transit is another 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and no fixed arrival date is promised.

Destinations, charges and tracking

The available destination, delivery charge and any threshold appear during checkout. Review every address field before ordering. Tracking is issued after dispatch, although the first carrier scan may take time to appear.

Delivery problems

If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, email futurefixhelp@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking reference; photos help when packaging or an item arrived damaged.
